Estudiantes nuevos
Todas las escuelas concertadas de Oklahoma están obligadas por ley a llevar a cabo un proceso de selección por sorteo de los nuevos alumnos. Esto garantiza que el proceso sea justo y equitativo.

El proceso de lotería de inscripción
El sorteo se celebrará a las 18:00 horas del 1 de abril. ASTEC publicará un vídeo del sorteo y los resultados en el sitio web de ASTEC y en la página de Facebook de ASTEC a más tardar el 2 de abril a las 12:00 horas. Por razones de privacidad, no se mostrarán los nombres en el vídeo.
Se trata de un sorteo aleatorio. Si el nombre de su hijo es seleccionado, se le notificará, a través de la información de contacto que proporcionó, a más tardar el 10 de abril a las 16:00.

Ayuda con el formulario de la Lotería
Si necesita ayuda para llenar el formulario de lotería puede llamar al 405-947-6272 y preguntar por la secretaria o visitar la oficina de su sitio para obtener ayuda. (Hay hispanohablantes bilingües en cada sede para prestar asistencia).
Después del sorteo
Los nombres restantes se colocarán en el orden en que se reciban. La escuela se pondrá en contacto con los padres cuando haya una plaza disponible.
Proceso de inscripción DESPUÉS DEL 1 de abril de 2023
DESPUÉS DEL 1 DE ABRIL, Si se le pasó la fecha límite de la lotería y le gustaría inscribir a su hijo(a) por favor visite la secretaria del plantel y pida una "Forma de Inscripción" o vaya a la página web de inscripción de ASTEC y descargue una forma de inscripción que debe ser llenada y regresada a la escuela. El formulario de inscripción estará disponible no antes del 1 de abril de 2023 en https://www.asteccharterschools.com/enrollment.
(Nota: En base a una nueva ley, los estudiantes de cualquier parte del estado pueden asistir a cualquier distrito del estado sin la aprobación del distrito que los envía).

Siblings of Current ASTEC Students
Siblings of current ASTEC students are automatically accepted but must complete this form before midnight on March 31, 2023, to be accepted first.
New Students
All Oklahoma charter schools are required by law to conduct a random lottery selection process for new students. This ensures that the process is fair and equitable.
Parents of new students who would like to enter their child in the lottery should do so BEFORE midnight, March 31st, to be eligible.
Current ASTEC Students
Current students are automatically accepted and are given priority over new students for available slots. Current students SHOULD NOT fill out this lottery form. Enrollment paperwork will be sent home with current students at a later date.

The Enrollment Lottery Process
The lottery will be held at 6:00 pm on April 1st. ASTEC will post a video of the drawing and the results on the ASTEC website and the ASTEC Facebook page no later than April 2nd by 12:00 noon. For privacy reasons, names will not be shown on the video.
This is a random drawing. If your child’s name is selected you will be notified, via the contact information you provided, no later than April 10th at 4:00 p.m.

If you need assistance filling out the lottery form you may call 405.947.6272 and ask for the secretary or visit your site office for help. (Bilingual Spanish speakers are available at each site to provide assistance.)
After the Lottery Drawing
Any remaining names will be placed in the order they are received. If and when a spot is available the school will contact the parents.
Enrollment Process AFTER April 1, 2023
AFTER APRIL 1, If you missed the lottery deadline and would like to enroll your child please visit the site secretary and ask for an "Enrollment Form" or go to the ASTEC enrollment web page and download an enrollment form that should be filled out and returned to the school. The enrollment form will be available no sooner on April 1, 2023 at https://www.asteccharterschools.com/enrollment
