ASTEC Adds Fall 2026 Online Program

ASTEC Charter Schools is expanding its programs to better support families with unique situations that require greater flexibility in educational options. Beginning Fall 2026, ASTEC will offer a fully accredited virtual learning option for PreK–12 scholars as part of its existing school model.

This program supports motivated scholars and families seeking a flexible, structured academic experience, but attending in person presents challenges.

Program Highlights:

• Fully accredited virtual learning option for grades PreK–12
• Open to Oklahoma residents (proof of residency required)
• Provides full-time instruction aligned to grade-level standards
• Not designed for credit recovery

Enrollment Process:
Interested families may apply by visiting our online enrollment portal and selecting the online enrollment option. After submitting the application, the applications will be reviewed for placement. Families will be notified and given detailed next steps. 

Because we want all students to succeed, student placement in the ASTEC Online Program is contingent upon review of academic documents, such as a transcript with GPA, most recent OSTP scores, or most recent NWEA/STAR scores. Students failing courses in traditional schools are typically not successful in online courses. 

Additional Opportunities:
Scholars enrolled in this program may:

• Participate in ASTEC athletics (additional cost will apply)
• Attend in-person field trips (additional cost will apply)
• Join ceremonies such as graduation, awards assemblies, and other special programs.
