ASTEC Scholars Awarded Scholarships
Miguel Payan was awarded the Bank of Oklahoma Achieving New Goals Scholarship. The $5,000 scholarship was established to encourage graduating seniors from Oklahoma City, Mid-Del, Millwood and/or Crooked Oak public high schools to pursue post-high school education at any accredited two-year, four-year or vocational institution in the state of Oklahoma.
Nestor Bravo was awarded the OSU-OKC President's Leadership Class Scholarship. This scholarship recognizes outstanding students who have demonstrated talent and distinguished achievement in the areas of leadership, citizenship, service and communication. The scholarship is comprised of a full-tuition waiver for up to 15 credit hours each fall and spring semester, including fees and a $500 book stipend.
Falon Robinson was awarded the Oral Roberts University Whole Person University Scholarship. She will receive $8,000 a year for 4 years.
Winners of the OSU Stillwater Academic Excellence Scholarship are Luz Payan, Jose Gallegos, Miguel Payan, Tonisha Lamkin. These scholars will receive $1,000 a semester for 4 years.
