Siblings of Current ASTEC Students - Automatically accepted but must complete this enrollment form by February 28, 2025, to receive priority.

Current ASTEC Students - Do not fill out this form. Current students are automatically accepted. Enrollment paperwork will be sent home during the spring semester.

Important Dates & Information

•  Application Deadline: February 28, 2025 (midnight)
•  Lottery Drawing: March 1, 2025 (6:00 pm)
•  Results Posted: March 2, 2025 (noon) on ASTEC’s website/Facebook (names not shown for privacy).
•  Parents Notified: March 10, 2025 (4:00 pm).

After the Lottery - Families will be notified to either visit the school or download and complete the necessary enrollment forms. Following the lottery, some classes may reach full capacity; however, we expect to have openings in many others. If a class is full, families will be placed on a waiting list and contacted as soon as a spot becomes available.

Statewide Enrollment - New laws allow students to attend any district statewide without sending district approval.
