Hello ASTEC Parents and Scholars!
Hi! My name is Susana Mascote, and I was born and raised in Oklahoma City. I earned my Associate Degree in Psychology from Oklahoma City Community College and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Ethics from Mid-America Christian University. I plan to continue my education by pursuing a master’s degree at Florida State University as I grow my career in education and student support.
I am passionate about helping scholars feel seen, supported, and successful both in and out of the classroom. Building positive relationships and encouraging young scholars to reach their full potential is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my son, whether we’re exploring the outdoors, going on adventures, or enjoying a movie night together at home.
